Ashish Bhatnagar is the Chief Executive Officer of Aionia, where he leads the company's vision, strategy, and execution to build the operating system for personalized longevity. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in artificial intelligence, enterprise data, and digital platforms, including serving as Chief Data Officer at HSBC U.S. Commercial Banking & Global Banking & Markets and Group Product Manager for Enterprise Data & AI at Bank of America. Prior to Aionia, he founded Yova Health, applying biomarker data, behavioral science, and AI-driven coaching to improve real-world health outcomes. At Aionia, he combines enterprise-scale technology expertise with a passion for preventive healthcare to transform how longevity care is delivered, personalized, and scaled.

Amit Sharma

Chief Financial Officer

Amit Sharma is the Chief Financial Officer of Aionia, where he leads financial strategy, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and long-term growth initiatives. He brings more than 30 years of experience spanning investment banking, private equity, and corporate strategy. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Marco Polo Group and Investment Partner at Saffron Capital, and held senior leadership roles at ICICI Group and KPMG, advising global institutions including Credit Suisse, NASDAQ, and the American Stock Exchange. At Aionia, he oversees the financial architecture that supports the company's clinic roll-up strategy, strategic partnerships, and scalable growth platform.

Dr. Israel Pichardo-Casas, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Israel Pichardo-Casas is the Chief Scientific Officer of Aionia, where he leads the company's scientific strategy and translational longevity research. Formerly a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. David Sinclair's laboratory at Harvard Medical School, he contributed to discoveries in aging biology, mitochondrial function, and peptide science, identifying more than 4,500 novel peptides. A PhD-trained biomedical scientist with academic appointments and research experience spanning biochemistry, molecular biology, and neuroscience, Dr. Pichardo-Casas guides the scientific validation of Aionia's platform, translating cutting-edge longevity research into evidence-based diagnostics, biomarkers, and personalized interventions.

Deepika Thakur

Head of Strategy

Deepika Thakur is the Head of Strategy at Aionia, where she leads corporate strategy, commercialization, pricing, and ecosystem partnerships. Prior to joining Aionia, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, advising global technology companies on growth strategy, operating models, pricing, and large-scale transformations. She also led product and pricing initiatives at Careem, helping scale one of the world's leading mobility platforms. A graduate of Harvard Business School and IIT Bombay, Deepika combines strategic consulting expertise with product leadership to help build Aionia into the leading platform for personalized longevity.
